My bank! Located inside walmart. Very friendly staff.

Then the best part – When I said I want to talk to someone else I got “why do you want to do that? Gee I wonder. I demanded to know here name and her supervisors name and I get “I will leave her a message” Seriously? “No,” I demanded, “I want your name and her name and number.” By now I am furious and she is nervous, and she complies, all the while whining her “boss will tell you the same thing.” I wonder how her boss will appreciate the fact she speaks for her in such a disrespectful way.

Thieves, that's really what they are, thieves. On top of that, I talked to the rudest, most condescending person I have ever talked to. Thanks (name starts with an E & ends with a lise), you win the award for worst ever customer service. They refused to close my credit card processing after I closed my business. I called to cancel 6 months ago, was told I would have to pay $500 "early termination," I disputed this and was told I would be contacted back if it was not rectified. They claim to have called, but refuse to prove it. They also never did, by the way, offer to show me this contract I never would have signed (knowing my lease was up, as I explained to them). She was also totally unrepentant and uncaring about the fact that I canceled some 6 months before, and they continued to deduct monthly fees for 6 months after! Honest mistake, right? Wrong. My unfriendly customer service rep “E” doesn’t care. “Isn’t it obvious I haven’t used your service in 6 months” I said. Her response – Too Bad. I am then treated to wonderfully condescending phrases like "You ran a business and you don't check your bank account"? I explained I had no reason to because no activity should have been going on. "Well, if you were closed then why didn't you close your account?" she sneered. I couldn’t believe my ears. This is how to treat your customers? “Are you serious” I asked?

She claims they have called and left messages, (I have no voicemail or email from them). Then I ask for some sort of proof. “No” she says. Even if I did have to pay the early termination fee, when I asked why they don’t remove 6 months of charges for months of service I never used, especially when I obviously called 6 months ago to cancel, I was told, “we don’t have to do that, we documented everything.” I am stunned. She is actually enjoying this. She had an attitude when she called, and it keeps getting worse. When I tell her I plan on reviewing them she gleefully states, “so what, we have an a plus rating” (she should probably check that one again)

I am 48 years old, and have never experienced a more condescending person in my adult life. Like I need a lecture from some shrew at a call center on how run a business. Again, you want to charge me an early term fee, prove it; don’t talk to me like a 5 year old. Why on earth would you treat someone like they are stupid for complaining about getting charged for nothing when by their (Woodforest) own admission my intent 6 months ago was clear? They offered no sympathy, no satisfaction, and no proof. The bottom line, they obviously don’t care about the customer. I was doing over ½ a million in credit card sales a year, and have my new business opening in months. Do you think I will use Woodforest? Fat chance. Stay far, far away. I guess my next call is my lawyer. Thanks Woodforest National Bank, you are the crappiest, most unfriendly bank ever! See you in court!

Woodforest Bank is one of the best banks I have ever dealt with. Your friendly staff and the customer service is great. Wouldn't change banks for nothing....
