Food is as to be expected. Service is usually from people who look like they'd rather be anywhere else.
We arrived shortly before 9am and every table was dirty. A lady was cleaning off tops, but left the seats dirty so I asked for her rag and cleaned it off myself. I guess she was in a hurry to eat breakfast, since that's what she was doing when we left. Got our food and my pancakes were barely warm. The cheese on my husband's ultimate hasbrowns wasn't melted. Guess the prep ladies were too busy having fun to spend much time warming food or to notice the hair in it. Which was unfortunately discoved mid-bite. *gag* Will not EVER be back!
I am allergic to onions I have come to this establishment almost everyday I work with minimum problems, until today where I ordered breakfast like normal no onions. They gave me onions. No problem I thought I walked in pointed it out waited and got the fixed meal which I checked standing there in front of them. It had onions I showed them they then argued with me, not just 1 but 2 people that I didn't say no salsa ( which contains onions) you can see onions in them and they still gave me an attitude and threw them back saying to remake them that I hadn't asked for it and that I was wrong pretty much. So I got my refund then walked out
Typical great treats, but don't come close to closing time. They shut down early & make you feel unwelcome
Lady serving us at drive - thru couldn't understand what we were saying. It took several attempts, repeating our order to her before she eventually uderstood. Was very frusterating. Maybe they can remedy that problem.
